March 8 was the occasion to pay tribute to women. Exotic Group did not miss the call on this special day when all women are recognized for their success in every aspect of their lives. It should be noted that this day also aims to act in favour of gender equality, by sending strong messages.

This year’s theme was #choosetochallenge.

A good illustration of this challenge is that to date, 60% of women work in the Exotic Group company.
