Development & Design
01
By representing the very core of any product available in our outlets, the design phase is of utmost importance. From inspiration and moodboard based on research of international clothing trends, our fashion designers create the various collection of brands.
Pattern making
02
Once design is approved a fitting is done by the pattern making team to have a preview of the Product. The fashion designer from the approved sample can launch production according to product’s specifications.
Production
03
Once the pattern making process - with all its components - is over, production begins. This phase is time-bound and monitored efficiently. it all starts with the arrival of fabrics and their quality control. The fabrics are then cut according to identified patterns, representing the different parts of the clothing. From this stage the embroidery and prints where needed are processed on fabrics called “Pre-production”. These fabrics are then sent to the line production where they will be stitched together in a skillfully and methodically rhythmic choreography. Each garment is then carefully inspected to ensure the quality of the finish products. Then comes the ironing step before sending to the warehouses.
The manufacturing cluster is one the most significant activity for the arrival of collections in shops. Both production and printing team works in closed collaboration to achieve the required finish product
